Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations. • All personal information should be kept confidential between trainer and client however, personal information should only be shared with third parties if legally required or with client consent. • Payment is due at the time of first session, either in full for all sessions • Clients are expected to arrive on of the week, or full deposit at time. Sessions may be shortened if beginning of each session, the client is late, but the full Acceptable payment method being session fee will apply, only through designated application. • Clients must sign the liability waiver before beginning any training, acknowledging the risks involved in exercise. • Clients are expected to maintain respect, professionalism, and a positive attitude during sessions. Any inappropriate behaviour or harassment (physical or verbal) will result in termination of membership. • Clients must inform the trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns prior to training. • Clients should wear appropriate workout attire and bring any required equipment (e.g., water, towel). • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a late fee of $5 for each additional minute. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled at the trainer's discretion.
